Tool

Signed, with the evidence kept.

Your AI prepares a signature request for a contract, a quote or any PDF. An owner or admin hands the link out, and the signed PDF returns to Files with a certificate page.

Provable
Signatures. A short animation, no sound.

Tool

What it does

  • A request from an approved contract, an issued quote or any PDF in Files
  • The signer gets a link and signs on the signing page, in English, Dutch or German
  • The PDF is copied and its SHA-256 kept: what is signed is exactly what was sent
  • Every step is logged: opened, signed or declined, with time, IP and device
  • The signed PDF lands in Files with a certificate page
  • Only an owner or admin hands out the link, or approves the email that carries it
  • Revoke a link or extend its days at any time

With your AI

How it works with your AI

Ask in plain words, in Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP AI you connected. It works inside Geenius OS, within your permissions.

Send the Lindeboom contract for signature, valid for two weeks.

The request is ready for 14 days. I cannot make the link: it goes out when an admin approves the email draft.

An example. Names and amounts are made up.

  1. 1

    Pick what needs signing

An approved contract, an issued quote, or a PDF from Files. The signer’s name and email come from Contacts or from you.

  2. 2

    Your AI prepares the request

It sets the language, the message the signer sees and how many days the link lives. It writes the email as a draft.

  3. 3

    An admin sends it

The link is made as the email is approved. When the signer signs, the signed PDF and the audit trail are in the workspace.
